Salary negotiation is a tough topic for many people. Most students and entry-level professionals tend to struggle and become quite shy when discussing salary compensation for their first jobs. Studies show that 62% of recent graduates didn’t negotiate their salary even though 84% of employers said they had room to bump up their original offer.
Therefore, as one of my creative projects, I created an infographic sponsored by We Are Next, to help recent graduates and young professionals effectively negotiate their salaries.
